At WMT we are often asked to produce or improve parts that have little or no documentation.  3D modeling allows us to communicate designs better with our customers while increasing productivity in manufacturing.

CNC Milling - CNC Turning

Specializing in short run manufacturing, orders often range from ~200 parts all the way down to a single piece.  We pride ourselves on being quick and adaptable to meet our customers needs.

Surface - Rotary - Tool and Cutter

Our grinding capabilities combined with in-house heat treating often allows us to control the process from start to finish, shortening lead times and improving quality.

Laser - Press Brake - Welding

Precision welding and fabrication services for ferrous and non-ferrous metals are all provided in house.

 Having our own heat treating capabilities means shorter lead times for our customers. Often used for end use customer parts or in house tooling.

A wide range of 3d printing material options gives us the ability to print customer prototypes to prove out design or for making carbon-fiber nylon end use parts and tooling.

For customers that require serialized parts or logo's.
